Salted Carrot Quiche
1/2cup butter,1 full cup mayda,1egg,1/2tspn salt and cold water as need to make the dough slight crumby.Set this dough on springform and keep it in oven for 10/15 min at 160c.Bring it out.
In another pan, with medium flame - pour 1tbspn olive oil and periodically add chicken keema 2tbspn,2tbspn grated carrot,1tbspn spinach grate,1 beaten egg,testing salt,1 tspn black peeper and 3/4 cup milk....Cook this for about 3/4min.Now pour this on dough and keep in oven for 10/15min in same temp.
