Jackfruit Cheese Cake

This is 3 layer dessert. For first layer, took 2pack crushed cracker.(digestive biscuit).Mix that with about 1/2 cup of melted butter and keep in freeze.

For 2nd layer,took 1 cup of milk beaten with cream cheese , 1tbspn of agar powder and 1/2cup of sugar.Simmered it for 5/6min and Pour it on frozen biscuit and keep in freeze for 20 min.

For 3rd layer, took 2 cup of jackfruit pulp,1/2cup of cream cheese ,1/2cup of sugar and 2tbspn of agar powder.Simmered it for 5/6min and Pour it on frozen milk and biscuit.Again keep in freeze for 20 min.
