Noodles Roll

This roll needs stuffing and outside wrapper.First prepare stuffing.

Cut vegetables ( potato,carrot,palwal,babycorn) into very small pieces.Boil all vegetables with salt,black peeper,slight chilli powder,oregano and corriander paste.Mashed this.Mix beaten egg with this.Make shapes as you wish.

Now boil cocola noodles with salt,oil and blackpeeper.Drain water from noodles.Now wrap the mashed vegetable ( shape wise) with boiled noodles.Roll it first with beaten egg later with bread crumb.Deep fry all the rolls
