Carrot Creme Brulee




 recipe;-

Ingredients:-liquid milk-1cup, heavy cream-500ml , eggs-4,carrote grate-4/3 cup ,sugar-80 gm,vanila essence 2/3 drops and 2tbspn brown sugar


How to do:-

keep the handy of liquid on hobs.Simmer it mixing gratted carrot and sugar .When the milk will be about half mix beaten eggs and stir continuosly later add the heavy cream.switch off the hobs.Pour the mixture into  5 Ramekins.

Now pour some water on baking tray and keep the moulds in oven for 15/20 minutes at 150c.Keep it out and let it be at room temparature.Before serving sprinkle some brown sugar on each creme brulee and use bluetorch to make the sugar burn into colour
