Stuffed Squid

Need to cut the fishes in shape.Basically just cut the head portion and clean throughly.Cut in strip wise just one side of fish.Be careful about the other side sothat it doesnt cut.

Prepare the stuffing with some fish-carrot-cauliflower mince,butter,salt and blackpeeper.

Now put the stuffing inside the whole fish and fry all in a pan with butter.At the last moment use lemon juice.Mehran tandoori masala and slight sugar.
