Milk Pudding covered with tapioca
This is fusion of milk pudding and tapioca jello pudding.First make normal milk pudding.I made this pudding with 4eggs and 1ltr milk.After cooking pudding i kept it in the freeze about 2/3hours.
In another pan i made tapioca milk pudding.For this i took 1/2cup tapioca,1cup milk,1tbspn unflavoured jelatin,2/3drops green food colour,1/2cup sugar.Mix all the ingredients and cook for 5minutes.Slightly cool it and pour it on milk pudding.Refrigerate it for 30minutes
