Bangladeshi Pitha ( different cakes)
Chitoi Pitha ( rice flour cake with milk),Patishapta(Stuffed long Pancake),Tele Vaza Pitha(Melted rice flour frying cake...2type rice flour),Choi Pitha (all purpose flour rice shape dry cake).
Chitoi Pitha:- Take 2cup rice flour(readymade) and mix with lukewarm water.This batter will be thick.Add 1tspn salt.Greese vegetable oil on deep pan(Korai).Pour batter with a round shape spoon/big size scooper.Cover the pan for 2/3minutes and take it out.After making all the cakes(Pitha),dip it into the hot milk which is mixture of date syrup and grated coconut.Keep this abt 1/2hours ,let the milk cool.Afterthat serve.
Patishapta (Stuffed long Pancake):- 2cup all purpose flour,1tspn salt,3/4tspn sugar,1cup milk,1egg--blend them in blender machine.Batter will not be very thick.Pour the batter on round non-stick pan.After 2/3minutes take it out.Roll it like Roll using stuffing.
I used 1/2litr.milk,1tbspn sugar,1tspn cornflour,gratted carrot 3/4cup
Tele Vaza Pitha(Melted rice flour frying cake...2type rice flour):-2cup rice flour,1cup mayda,1/2cup dates syrup,1/2tspn salt,1/2tspn baking powder---bit them by a bitter machine and keep aside for abt 30min.
Afterthat,pour the batter into hot oil.It will be deep fry.
