Egg Crossiant and stuffed Crossiant
Mayda 1cup,Butter 1/4,Salt ( taste wise) , Sugar 1pinch spn and liquid milk ( instead of water),2 Boil Egg ( cut int 4pcs in total).
Make the dough and cut it into Diamond shape.place the boiled egg 1portion facing the yolk below.On the yolk sprinkle black peeper and on the bread portion some tomato sauce.
From the corner side bend the diamond shaped bread on the egg and slight beaten egg brush on the outer side of bread..give it for baking.Bake it 120temp and abt for 20min.
These Crossiants rcp is same stated above just roll the Diamond Shape bread and used little chicken stuffing
