1kg chashewnut grounded,1cup powder milk,1/2cup sugar mix them all together.Set a non stick pan on hobs with low flame.Put butter/ghee 1/4cup.Add cardamon,cinamon and the nuts mixture.Constantly stir till it becomes thick.Pour it on tray and spread by pressing spatulla.

If want to make this KATLI/FUDGE every ingredients and measurement will be same but nuts need to do paste.And use sugar syrup instead of sugar and when u will keep the dessert on tray spread Silver leaf ( Rupali Tobok) .Later keep it on freeze 10min and cut into pieces.
