White Vanilla Cake



RCP:-

Cake Batter:-

4Eggs,Mayda 1 cup,Baking Powder 1tspn,cake improver 1tspn,butter 1cup,sugar 1cup ,milk powder 2tspn,vanilla p owder 1tspn.

First bit eggs white and make that into Merang ,later give sugar.Bit them in high speed.now give yolk and butter.Separately seive mayda,baking powder,vanilla powder and baking powder.stop bitter and slightly mix the seived mixture with bitting mixture.Now greese thecake pan with oil/butter,placed a tracing paper and pour the cake batter into it.need to fixed temparatue 160 and bake for 25min.

Decorate with Cream.

Rcp for Cream:- 

2Eggs White,1cup Butter,1cup Icing Sugar,1tbspn Lemon juice,1tspn Cream Flavour

First make merang by white egg.keep it in freeze. bit butter and icing sugar till sugar completely mix without lump.keep it also in freeze.After 15 min take out 2 portions of mixture and bit them get together.Now keep it again in freeze.After 15min take out from freeze and add cream flavour,lemon juice,a pinch of salt and bit.....this is the basic cream for all of the cakes.

Flavour and food colour will be added for varities in different cakes
