Pineapple Potato and Raisin Halua

Receipe:-

1big size pineapple,1kg potato and 500gm Raisin.Sugar as u wish.Butter abt 500gm.milk powder 2cup and flavour pineapple and cream

First half boil pineapple and fully boil potato separately.Blend pineapple mixing with sugar .Now pour it to handy on hobs with medium flame.Add butter here and also milk powder (1cup) and light flavour.When it will become thick, keep it in a round serving dish.

Now mash the potato and blend raisin smoothly.Give butter and sugar in handy and keep it  on hobs.Pour mashed potato,blended raisin,milk powder and flavour.After becoming thick,pour it on pineapple.( before pouring potato,take pineapple mixture in another flat dish/plate.) Upper of the pineapple mixture add sour and sweet yougert before pouring potato.

Now pour potato mixture and at the top use the same mixture of yougert.Sprinkle orange  jest and serve
