Beef finger saute


Too simple finger beef to cook.Mainly we need to concentrate to cut the beef pieces and capscicums.All should cut in finger shape.Then merinate beef pieces for at least 2hours with garlicpaste,ginger powder,oyester sauce,paprika,ajinomoto and musterd paste.  

After 2hours keep chilli oil in a non stick pan.When it will be hot,pour beef pieces.2/3minutes let it fry.Then add yellow,red and green capscicum cut in finger shape.Add tamarind sauce mixing with slight water,sugar,salt and cornflour.When the gravy will be dry,remove the pan from hobs.
