Sausage covered pizza bun

 

Very simple for those who make pizza often.First make pizza dough( 1cup mayda,1tbspn yeast,1/2tspn terragon,1/2tspn prigano,1tspn sugar,1/2salt , lukewarm water.)That was my measurement.

stir fry sausage and cut 1pc into 2.Now after completing pizza dough wrap the sausage(1/2pc out of 1) with dough ball.In a dish set the balls like pic and egg brush on that.Bake it for 20min,temp 180.
