Mint,coconut milk layer pudding




Without Spring form ,i tried this pudding.In a normal mould of 8" first made the layer of biscuit crumb.Crushed 2pack digestive biscuit and mixed with 2tbspn unsalted butter.Set it in the mould by pressing with spatula and keep in fridge for abt 30min.

In another handy,pour 2cup of coconut milk.Put it on hobs in medium flame.Add 3/4cup sugar and 2tbspn agaragar powder .After 4/5min move this from hobs .Let it slight cool ,later pour it on frozen crumbs.Keep in fridge again for 30min.

Follow same procedure for mint juice .Keep again for 30min.After this,bring out the dish from fridge and unmould the pudding
