Pumpkin Pudding




Scoop the whole  pumpkins inside portion.Dont use seeds just keep the fleshy portion.( when u will scoop,be careful not to scoop deeply.Some flehy  u will scoop and some will be inside).With 1cup of milk ( we will need 1ltr milk),blend the pumpkin and 1/2cup sugar.Now set the juice on simmer point  with medium flame.Add the rest portion of milk and keep on hobs till it become about half.Now add 6eggs yolk and 1tspn cornflour.Bring out from hobs.Let it slight cool and pour inside the pumpkin.Now brush oil/butter on the whole outer body of pumpkin.Bake it in oven at 180c for 1hour.
