NASI GORENG ( Bangali style)



Soya sauce,cooked rice,lemon juice,slight sugar,salt,chilli flakes,shrimp,black peeper and butter.First in a nonstick pan,pour butter in medium flame.when it will be slight hot,add cooked rice.Later accordingly rest of the ingredients.Within very short time,mix everything in medium flame and move from hobs.

Now, fill a round bowl with rice mixture.After 2/3minutes pressing the lower portion of bowl bring out the rice.It will be just like the bowl shape.On this serve a poched egg.
