Beef Puff
Base:-2cup mayda (all purpose flour,Butter 1/2cup,egg 1,sugar 1tspn,salt 1/2tspn).Mixing all ingredients with very cold water it for 15minutes covering with wet cloth.
Rolling Fat:- 2tbspn mayda,1/2cup butter,1/2tspn Baking Preservative mix.It is called rolling fat.
After 15minutes of making Base start shaping.First make a round bread and spread rolling fat.Fold into 4part (like paratha).keep in freeze for 30min.repeat more 2times but then keep for 15 minutes.Lastly make short bread and on in place another 3 breads making whole exactly in the middle so that the stuffing can set nicely.After giving stuffing Bake it 30minutes
