Mashed green peas after boiling with salt.add potato mashe but it should be one third of peas.Mix mint leaves,corriander leaves,paprika,chinese salt,chilli powder,ajinomoto,kabab masala(shan) and 1egg.Knead it very well and first coat in egg later in verm eceli broken stick.Keep in freeze for 1omin.Deep fry with vegetable oil
