Stuffed Patishapta ( pan cake with stuffing)
Preparation of batter:- For this pancake/Pitha, batter is too important.We need 2cup mayda,1cup milk, 1pinch salt and 1 egg.Bit them nicely and let them aside for 10minutes.
Stuffing:-I made the stuffing most exceptionally.I took 1tbspn ghee,1pc cardamon,1cup apple cut in cube shape,some petal of rose,3/4cup almond nuts and thick milk1/2cup.Mix them and keep them on hobs for 5/6minutes.
Now,time to make the Pithas/pancakes.On a non-stick pan,spread the batter by round spoon.Keep it abt 2/3minuttes and take out from pan.Fill the stuffing and make shape like picture
