Purple colour oval shaped Brinjal is appropriate to do this dish.Cut the brinjals through middle.Spare the inner portion with scoop spoon.Mix olive oil in outer and inner side of the empty brinjals.
Prepare the mixture for stuffing.For that,keep the inner portion of brinjal,minced boil beef,minced potato,salt,curry powder and chilli powder.Put all the ingredients on handy with lemon juice and slight water.When water will b abt dry sprinkle olive oil and keep out from handy.Now Put it to whole empty brinjal and keep in oven for 10min in 180c.
Round shaped black brinjal is needed to do layered brinjal.Cut in round shape.Mix vinegar,turmeric- chilli powder and rice flour.Deep fry these pieces.Now take one piece and covered with tomato sauce.On it give boil egg and on that place another piece of brinjal.Again use tomato sauce and boil egg cut into small pieces
