Grate potato like julian cut.Mix Cornflour and salt.In a small round bowl set that potato pressing tightly.Bake for 15min at 200c.Take it out from oven.

Give the stuffing which cooked separately.I used just green peas ,boiled egg and sprinkled chat masala
