Chicken Cordon Bleu with stuffing

Chicken Cordon Blue....rcp:- merinate the chicken with

soya,oyester sauce,chinese masala,egg,black

 peeper,salt,slight butter....now fill up the breast pc with

 green peas mashed with several sauce .tie the pc with

thread and fry it into the deep hot oil brushing with again

 sligh oil and zafran food colour.....keep the fame

medium.after finishing fry,cut it
