Whole Hilasha Fishes





These were whole but without thornes.Kept the fishes whole night with 1cup vinegar,1tbspn sugar,1tspn chilli powder,1tbspn lemon juice and 2tspn soya sauce.Set the nonstick pan with low flame and give the fish with all ingredients in it.About 3/4hours will take to be cooked.

Make mustard sauce in another pan.To  make this, take 1/2cup mustard paste,1cup water,1tspn sugar and 1tspn salt .Keep the ingredients on hobs in medium flame.

Before taking out the fish from hobs pour this sauce and let it be cook for about 30minutes.



Boils the whole fish and debone this.Mashed this with onion-ginger-garlic paste,fish curry powder,soya sauce and potato mash.Set these on whole bone of the fish.Now mix  bread crumb pressing on this.Lastly brush butter and give to oven for 1hour at 200c.



Mix garlic-ginger-onion paste,tomato sauce,soya sauce,yoester sauce,cumin-corriander-chilli-turmeric powder and yougert with the whole fish for about 2/3hours.Spare some mixture  and give the fish in oven for 1hour.Before taking out from oven pour the extra gravy on sauce and after 2/3minutes take it out.







Whole night keep the fish on hobs first with medium flame later with low flame.Need to add vinegar,soya sauce,salt,turmeric-chilli powder and tomato paste.About 10hours need.
