Hot Dog Bun

2cup mayda,3tspn yeast,2tspn sugar,1tspn salt,1cup lukewarm milk mixing with 1/2cup lukewarm water1tspn and 1/2tspn oregano.

First mix mayda,yeast,salt,sugar and oregano with milk.Knead very well for about at a time 5min.Cover with lid in warm place for 10/15min.Now add 1/2cup veg.oil and knead again very well.Now cover it for 30/40min in warm place.

Knead again and make this shape.Before give it in oven for bake brush with egg mix with saffron food colour.Bake for 25min at 180c.
