Beef Skewers

For this we need eye round beef piece,merinate with oyester sauce,paprika,mustard paste and black peeper.If possible merinate whole night in the freeze,otherwise abt 3/4hours.

Keep it out from freeze and roll it by swing in the scrweres of oven.Shape it there like roll.Preheat the oven 300c.Now bake the rolled beef brushing with melted saffron  in 200c for 30min.

In a non stick pan pour unsalted butter,all purpose flour,milk,lemon juice,mustard paste,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,salt,sugar and melted saffron .Now give the baked rolled beef and covered the pan for abt 15min.
