First cut the shimlas just in the middle not todivided into 2 parts.Scoop the internal seeds.Keep it brushing oil,salt and blackpeeper overall.
Make the stuffing mixing cooked rice ( i used polau rice),gratted carrot,potato and egg.Set this mixture in the Shimlas and keep it in oven for abt 10min.
