gram flour quesadilla

2cup gramflour,1/2cup milk,1/2cup water,1tspn salt,1/2tspn sugar,1/4 cup oil,slight cinamon and cumn powder(optional).Mix all the ingredients and cover with wet cloth for abt 30min.

Now make a round bread and sprinkle cheese,mint sauce and mashed potato .On  this set another round bread and press the border side with beaten egg.Later,first give it on pan without oil and when t will b slight raddish add oil with tspn and change the side also use oil in this side.
