Samossa with AirFryer




Normal samossa dough i used to make this.Normal water1cup,Mayda1cup,salt1tspn,,chilli powder (just to colour reddish) and 1tspn soyabin oil.Keep this samossa dough in cool place for 20min.Now shape this and on every samossa brush oil 1tspn.Now in AirFryer set temparature 180 for 5/6min




FISH FRY





Merinate fish,(i used Pomfret) with fish sauce,ginger powder,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.after 20min sprinkle Tempura mixed with 1tbspn oil on the both side of fishes . Now give them in airfryer for 10+10minutes at 200c
