Vegetable Kabab Covered By Filo Dough



Filo Dough:-

4cups mayda,1cup normal water,1tspn salt,4tbspn olive oil and 1tspn saffron colour.Knead them and divided into small ball size.Roll the balls on corn starch.Flatten the balls by rolling pin and fold it from the edge over the pin and gently roll back and forth.Do it till the moment the sheet becomes so thin that it becomes like transparent.Now spread melted butter.and again fold the sheet from left to middle.right to middle,up to middle and lastly lower portion to middle.Now keep this folded sheet in a cool place for 20minutes.

Afterthat,make this sheet like diamond shape and covered the vegetable kabab which should be rectangle shape.

For vegetable kabab i used 2/1cup-potato,2/1cup cauliflower,2/1cup carrot,1tbspn mayda,1tbspn biscuit crumb,1tspn lemon juice and 1egg.Mixed all of them and dip into beaten egg and fried.

After frying covered this veg.kabab and keep those into oven by brushing the sheets with oil.Set the temparature 160 and time for 15min.
