Beef Wellington in my style




Ingredients:-1kg beef fillet,( Log shape),2tbspn raw papaya paste,minced beef 1cup,Puff pastry sheet 1long piece,( mine was home made),1tbspn Soya Sauce,1tbspn Oyester Sauce,1/2tspn black peeper, ,1/2tspn thyme powder,1/2tspn oregano,2/3tbspn unsalted butter and green sauce.

First of all,we need to merinate merinate Beef fillet with green papaya paste,soya sauce,oyester sauce,oregano and thyme powder.(I merinate it abt 24hours.)Later, first i put that pc on nonstick with slight butter in medium flame,then i cut the pc throuh middle to input stuffing and flatten the beef pc with hammer.Then,i used the minced beef ( boiled with salt,black peeper,oil and soya sauce) inside the flat beef piece and rolled that .On the whole rolled beef,brush oil.

Next,i took the puff pastry sheet to seal the  Rolled beef...On the whole pastry sheet,brush beaten eggs and overall of the sheet mix breadcrumbs.Keep it in freeze for 30min and afterthat give it in oven at 250c.for 45min.
