Strawberry Dessert ( Halua)

Most yummy,healthy and attractive dish of mine.It is to be noted anyone can make it totally sugar free adding 4/3 cup mayda,slight semolina and salt instead of sugar

Strawberry- 20pc.

sugar- 1cup 

milk powder- 2tbspn

ghee-1tbspn

cornflour -1tbspn

strawberry essence-2/3drops

Blend Strawberry with liquid milk smoothly and seive this.

Now give on pan on hobs ghee/butter/veg oil,later sugar,strawberry juice mixed with cornflour and milk powder.Use slight strawberry flavour.

When it will be thick get it down and let it be cool .keep it in freeze abt 1hr
