Colourful Muglai




Coloured Muglai Paratha:-

 3Cup Mayda, 3tbspn veg.oil,1/1.5tspn baking powder,spinach juice 1cup ( first make the juice with lukewarm water),1cup carrot juice ( make this with lukewarm water),salt taste wise.( if necessary green and red food colour)

First make the dough separately.

1portion normal dough with mayda, lukewarm water,baking powder 2/1tspn and salt .Make dough and keep it for abt 10minutes.

2nd and 3rd portion dough need to make separately by 2type juice and others same ingredients.If u make the dough colourful u can use green and red food colour as ur wish in the juice.

After making the dough,fold the parathas from upper portion and from the left and right portion.

Any type of stuffing u can use such as shreded chicken/beef,eggs etc.I used 4 beaten eggs,minced onion,corriander leaves mixed with salt.It should be deep fry.
