 Mix step by step Mayda 2cup,Baking Preservative 4/1 tspn,Baking Powder 1tspn,Custard Powder 3tspn,Ising sugar 1cup,Butter+Dalda 6tbspn,vanila essence 1tspn,Cream Flavour 1tspn,Egg half portion of one egg....make this mixture dough and lastly add oil slowly abt 7/8 tbspn to make the dough soft.After making dough shape it by cutter and in the upper portion of cookies mix slight beaten egg to adjust nuts and raisin.Give it in the oven into 160temp first in the upper and lower rack abt 10min and later in the upper rack abt 5min
