Beetroot ssoup and Puffed Pettis






Beetroot Soup:- 

we need boil 2 beetroot mashed. If feel it has any lump,blend it with 2/1cup water.In a pan first give little amount of onion mince and saute that,give dark soya sauce1tbspn,sweet and sour chilli sauce 2tbspn,tomato sauce 1tbspn,beetroot mashed and stir.Now give slight sugar and melted cornflour with water.Pour 2beaten egg and mint leaf.Now serve instantly

Puffed Pettis:-

2cup mayda,1/2tspnsalt,1/2 unsalted butter,sugar 1tspn and 1egg mix them with chill water.knead them abt 4/5min.keep it aside for abt 5min.again knead...repeat this 3times at least to make the dough soft by kneading. Now keep this dough into freeze abt 20min.Afterthat take the dough and make this into 3/4 oval bread and spread Rolling Fat ( rolling fat is...2tbspn mayda,2/1cup butter and 2/1tspn baking preservative mixture)
Now fold the oval bread from left to right side and from upper to lower.Again keep this abt 1hr.

Now keep mayda 2/1cup and mix food colour red and green separately .give slight salt and mix water.Take the frozen dough and roll with coloured mayda and flatten this to give stuffing.

Stuffing make as ur taste using chicken,beef ,egg...anything u like.i used chicken mince,tomato sauce,chinese masala,steak sauce,ginger mince,salt and slight sugar....

After giving stuffing make the dough into small pcs rolled by coloured mayda like the pics.Now bake this 180cen.abt 25min
