Rainbow Paratha with Beef Capscicum




Beef Capscium:-

Marinate beef pcs  abt 2/3 hrs with oyester sauce,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,salt,basil leaf and chilli oil.Give this mixture on hobs in a covered pan with very little water .Make this light watery gravy.In another pan,take cube cut onion.when it will be light brown give the beef mixture.Add green and red capscicum and tamarind juice melted with slight sugar.Serve with Paratha or Nan Bread


Rainbow Paratha:-

1cup Mayda,Yeast 4/1 tspn,2tbspn sugar,powder milk 1tbspn,salt taste wise mix all of these ingredients and spare these dough into three portion.Add spinach juice,carrot juice and normal water into the three portion separately.This dough will be little bit hard.Cover the threedough with wet cloth  abt 30min.Now make very thin small round shape and keep one coloured bread on another.When keeping this bread spread butter and mayda.3colours thin bread we will hv to set.Now Roll this thin breads .Cut into two pcs in the middle of roll. and make the rolls in normal bread shape.Fry this with ghee in non stick pan.
