Beetroot with Meat Ball

Thats a favolous dish for every aged person.Specially for those who r sick and expecting baby.Its a mixture of Beet root,scooped potato,beef meat ball and brocolli

RCP:- First cut the beetroots into small cube shape,scooped potato,make beef meat ball and cut brocolli into small size.Boil all the veg with oyester sauce,tomato ketchup and chinese masala and fry beef balls.Now in a pan give veg.oil,some onion mince,chicken stock.After bubbling the stock,give the vegetables and meat ball.At last give melted cornflour with water.
